(Proposed) Siberian Husky Club of Northern Ireland
Notice of Annual General Meeting

Sunday 10th June 2012 at 2 p.m. at Murlough House,
Murlough Beach, Dundrum.

Due to unforeseen family circumstances for two of our officers our original AGM had to be postponed and has now been rescheduled as above.

As Per our Constitution the Committee will remain unchanged for the first 2 years therefore   nominations or elections will not be nessessary.

All submissions for Items for our Agenda must be in the hands of the Secretary by Monday May 7th (postmark) Elaine Cardwell, Secretary SHCNI, 63 Inn Road, Dollingstown, County Armagh, BT667JW     
     
Can I take this opportunity to Thank you for your continued support over the last year and explain how important it is that your voice is heard at our first AGM. Without our members this Club will not be successful.

 A full run down of our AGM weekend will be announced shortly but we will be offering an exciting event to attend!
